At LAYN, every print begins with the unseen — raw materials, vendor relationships, fabrication logistics, labor practices, and every hand and process involved behind the scenes.
We believe that innovation in construction means nothing if it isn't built on ethical, sustainable, and human-centered supply chains. As a technology company manufacturing advanced 3D concrete printing systems and operating physical infrastructure on the ground, we recognize the immense impact our choices have — from sourcing minerals to moving machines.
This is why we've created a clear, enforceable Supply Chain Standards Policy, which applies to all vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and third-party manufacturers that work with or on behalf of LAYN.
All partners are expected to align with the following principles as a condition of doing business with LAYN:
• No child labor or forced labor — ever.
• Safe, clean, and non-discriminatory workplaces.
• Workers must be employed voluntarily, compensated fairly, and treated with respect.
• Freedom of association and collective bargaining must be honored where legally allowed.
• Suppliers must comply with all applicable environmental laws and best practices.
• Harmful emissions, hazardous waste, and water usage must be minimized and transparently reported.
• Recyclable, low-carbon, or locally sourced materials are strongly encouraged.
• All facilities must meet or exceed local occupational safety standards.
• Vendors must provide adequate training, equipment, and procedures to ensure the physical well-being of all workers.
• On-site practices must follow structured safety protocols — especially in high-risk environments such as fabrication plants, transport hubs, or project installations.
• No bribery, corruption, or undeclared financial arrangements are tolerated.
• All documentation (licenses, audits, employment records) must be accurate and available for inspection.
• Subcontractors used by suppliers must also adhere to these same standards.
LAYN may audit or request verification from any supplier or subcontractor at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate business relationships with vendors who fail to meet these standards or refuse corrective action.
We also encourage anonymous reporting from within supply chain networks. If you are aware of any violations or misconduct related to our materials, labor, or production, please notify us immediately.

We're not just building concrete forms — we're building a new blueprint for how construction should work. Our technology enables speed and design freedom, but it's our supply chain that ensures we do it ethically, responsibly, and with integrity.
We believe better buildings start with better sourcing.
